Every REVSCI product is covered by our Total Product Assurance.

Is something wrong with your product?

If your bottle arrived damaged, the seal was broken, there is an issue with the product, or it is not what you expected, we want to hear about it directly so we can fix it.

Email cs@rvsci.com with your order number and a photo if you have one, and a person will get back to you. You do not need to fill out anything below to get help.

Activate your assurance

Tell us which product you have and how it is working out for you. That is the whole activation and it only takes a few minutes. As our thanks for checking in, you can also pick a product from our assurance selection and we will ship it to you at no cost.
