This Privacy Policy describes how Revolution Science / REVSCI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from https://rvsci.com (the "Site").

4. Behavioral Advertising

5. Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required by applicable law. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising purposes.

Please note that aside from GPC, we do not currently alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see other Do Not Track signals from your browser, as there is no accepted standard for how to respond to such signals.

A. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

7. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

  • Order Information: Retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, unless you ask us to delete it.
  • Device Information: Analytics and cookie data is generally retained for up to 26 months.
  • Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

8. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Our Site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
